The Story
The Beginning
Lightning Dog Ranch was started in 2025 by Tina. A meat cutter for 20 years, an injury ended her ability to remain standing for long periods of time. Tapping her decades of experience in producing delicious meat products, she began creating delights to share with the Valley of the Sun. Crafted with expertise and pride, only the best quality meat cuts are used, and the hand grinding allows her to ensure the lean to fat ratio for a flavor packed, moist link for her customers to enjoy. Small production amounts guarantee freshness of ingredients, hand grinding each seasoning blend specific to that batch, and chopped ingredients for the flavor you can taste and appreciate.

We are a featured vendor at the Uptown Farmer's Market, located at Central Avenue and Bethany Home Road in Phoenix, Arizona! Summer hours are Saturdays from 7 AM to 11 AM, and starting in October the market runs Saturdays and Wednesdays from 8 AM to 1 PM.
